Atrius-authored ValueSet for CQL valueset "Hospice Care Referral or Admission", used as Encounter.hospitalization.dischargeDisposition in CMS986. VSAC OID 2.16.840.1.113762.1.4.1116.365 was missing from the CMS expansion workbook; the nine-code VSAC expansion is reconstructed here. Seven SNOMED CT International concepts are kept. US-namespace 428361000124107 and 428371000124100 (discharge to home / healthcare facility for hospice care) are not in International and are omitted. They are replaced by HL7 discharge-disposition hosp, which HIS stamps on discharge, and by 719414000 (referral to hospice at home service). The VSAC OID is provenance only.
