Official LOINC answer codes used by CMS986 malnutrition screening and CMS131 diabetic-retinopathy / autonomous-eye-exam ValueSets. Local HTS LOINC 2.82 does not import LA* answers, so these codes are authored here for IG validation and CQL membership. Codes and displays match LOINC.
